Two new Acts of Parliament are now on the statue books, regarding Employment Law and Apprentice Funding for 2015.
Employment tribunals’ powers on making wider recommendations in discrimination cases have been reduced and will only focus on the claimant – this is planned to come into effect as of 1st October 2015.
In addition to this, there has been another change regarding employment laws. As on 26th May 2015, apprenticeships in England will be simplified and new provisions created relating to funding and disclosure of information.
