We are extremely proud to announce that on 22 June 2015, we gained the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation.
As you may imagine, our team are proud of themselves – and so they should! This accreditation is something which a lot of businesses aim for, and we are proud enough to be able to say as a small business, we’ve got it.
The Investors in People accreditation is a worldwide recognised mark of excellence which is used to recognise businesses that support their employees, to get the best from them.

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. Working with Investors in People inspires and enables leaders, managers and employees at all levels to build their skills, improve their performance and achieve their potential. We’d like to congratulate Loftus Stowe Ltd on their achievement.”
Our first accreditation is the start of our journey with IIP, as we are in discussion in working towards gaining our Bronze, Silver and Gold one day in the near future.
We’d like to thank you all for supporting us, whilst we carry on through this journey!
